Do I need to put all my compliance data into the system?
Comply PRO+ was designed as a compliance program framework so you can build your data to show proof of compliance to Regulators, Retailers and retain the required data to meet federal retention requirments as well as storing for easy access in the event of a legal matter or to react quickly in the event of an incident involving the use of your products. You already have this data in other places, and having a backup of your data in the cloud protects you and allows you to access it after legacy systems are deprecated or upgraded, reducing the need for additional backup by other means.
Can I customize Comply PRO+ to fit our workflow?
We have built a framework for global sales to capture technical file data. Additionally, you can create customer fields on the product page and custom folders in any section to organize and store data associated with suppliers, retailers, quality issues, etc. Access can be given to specific sections to protect proprietary or confidential data, and we recommend keeping your most confidential data in-house. There is an audit log, and you can see who made changes on each page, so you can see what is getting done.

How long does it take to get my site up and running?
With Comply PRO+, the onboarding process is designed to be seamless and efficient. Once your plan is started, there is a quick start guide to walk you through the onboarding step by step. Depending on the number of products and data, you can be up and running in a day or two once you have populated the uploader template spreadsheets. You don’t need to recreate the past. You can easily start building out the data you need for your subsequent shipments. Comply PRO+ will tell you everything you need to ship compliant products. Then, you need to add your product protocol and testing to generate certificates.
What type of support is available for onboarding and training?
Using the quick start guide, you can quickly build out the company data that’s required. Step #20 prompts you to schedule an orientation call to answer any questions you might have about uploading data and building your product families. This will allow you to proceed and ask any questions you may have about the system. Additional support is available via chatbot and an extensive knowledge base with step-by-step instructions and on-page videos to explain what is needed for each field and best practices. Further training and or support credits can be purchased as a one-time charge and be used for staff training or to guide with best practices.
Why is a Product Safety Compliance Program Essential

How do I build my product testing prototocls necessary for certificate generation and CPSC eFiling?
Most companies know the products that they sell and have conducted third-party lab testing needed to generate a CPC or GCC certificate required by Amazon or major retailers to get their product listed for sale. You can build your product families using that report or ask a lab to provide a quote for a particular marketplace or retailer to get the necessary federal, state, local, voluntary, and retailer protocols so you can consistently produce product for the most stringent retailer. You can also have consultants build your protocols for you using the uploader spreadsheets or manually creating them. The system will automatically create protocols for durable infant and toddler products.
Do I have to use specific labs with Comply PRO+?
Comply PRO+ is lab-independent, and you can use any CPSC-accredited lab to test your products and use your test report to show proof of compliance for certificate generation and CPSC eFiling.
My lab says they can do efIling for me, why should I use Comply PRO+?
The labs have your testing data and can e-file for you, but remember that Comply PRO+ can generate a new certificate for you with every batch necessary for traceability and at no cost to you. You also need company and manufacturer information to file, and if you use a lab, you will still need to collect and provide them with this data. Finally, you need to keep all test reports and certificates for at least five years. If you store these at a lab and change labs, how easy will it be for you to export and retain that data with another lab system?
What are the terms of service?
Comply PRO+ SAAS is a yearly contract that can be paid monthly or yearly, with a discounted price, and a notice will be sent 45 days before your service anniversary to allow you to cancel your renewal. If you cancel before the term, you will still be liable for payment for the remainder of the contract term unless exceptional circumstances warrant early cancellation.
Can I Provide Access to Consultants and Suppliers
With Comply PRO+, you can seamlessly integrate workflow and data collection, allowing you to add users for consultants, team members, or suppliers as your needs evolve. Simply manage additional access through your plan page whenever you’re ready to expand.
Will API access be available in the future?
Plans are to have API connections to major accounting programs such as QuickBooks, Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Sage, Xero, and others for full automation, with an additional monthly charge. We also plan to have API connections to some major labs to automate test report data as it becomes available.
